Sun Burns

I have decided that living in a desert, with no trees around can create some problems. This being one of them:

The heat is intense and the two kids that love to be outside turns into painted warriors. I guess there are some advantages but I have no idea what they are. Oh well take it in stride. We will just have to be sure that we have plenty of sunscreen.

Don't forget the aloe vera. Ouch! Rachel's looks really bad. Soon, winter will be here and you'll have to worry about them playing in the mud. :)

Oh ouch!! That is pretty bad! When is it going to cool down? The heat is unbearable! Well, atleast they're not crying about it! Or do they freak out when they're sleeping? Oh well, the joys of being kids!!

I remember getting such tans during the summer as a kid, and that is what your kids will be too. They don't seem to be minding much so that is good. They will have memories of what fun it is outside even if they do get a little red.

Hi guys,
Your blog is so fun. It's pretty sad that I've seen more of your new house from your blog and I only live a few block away. We really need to get together!
